Anello vs WunderTrading: Features and Fees Compared
How Anello and WunderTrading compare for trading bots on Hyperliquid: strategies, fees, custody, venues, previews and backtesting.
We checked WunderTrading’s own pages on October 25, 2026. Prices and features change, so confirm the details on WunderTrading’s site before you decide.
Anello and WunderTrading have a lot in common. Both:
- run grid and DCA bots on Hyperliquid,
- trade through a Hyperliquid wallet that the platform cannot withdraw from,
- include a manual trading terminal,
- charge no subscription for Hyperliquid, only a per-trade builder fee,
- let you test settings before you commit real funds.
The rest of this page covers where the two differ, so you can pick the one that fits how you trade.
Strategies
WunderTrading
WunderTrading offers more bot types. On Hyperliquid it lists grid, DCA, signal, and market neutral bots. It also automates TradingView alerts and has an MCP server and API for custom workflows. Its grid bot page describes long, short, and neutral grids. If you want signal bots or more strategy choices, WunderTrading covers that.
Anello
Anello has two bot types: a geometric grid and scheduled DCA. Grid levels are spaced by a constant percentage, so every round trip earns the same percent wherever it fills in the range. There are no signal or market neutral bots.
Pricing
WunderTrading
WunderTrading’s pricing page says connecting Hyperliquid gives you its Premium tools with no separate subscription. A builder fee of 0.035% per trade applies, charged on execution. Its paid plans for other exchanges are listed as Free, Basic, Pro, and Premium. Plan prices did not show on the page when we checked.
Anello
Anello charges 0.02% on spot sell fills only. Buy fills carry no Anello fee. DCA only buys, so DCA has no Anello fee at all. Perp fills in the terminal carry 0.01%.
On a $1,000 grid round trip, one buy and one sell, that is about $0.70 on WunderTrading and about $0.20 on Anello. Hyperliquid’s own trading fee is the same on both. The full math is in fees and risks.
Custody and keys
WunderTrading
WunderTrading’s launch post says you connect Hyperliquid through WalletConnect, with no API keys. Its Hyperliquid page says API wallets can automate trading without withdrawal permissions. It also says you approve the builder fee on-chain and can revoke that approval.
Anello
Anello never holds your funds. Each bot runs through its own Hyperliquid agent wallet, which you approve from your own wallet. It can place and cancel orders. It cannot withdraw, transfer assets, or change account settings. You can revoke it on Hyperliquid at any time. On custody, the two take a similar approach, since both rely on Hyperliquid’s own permission model.
Markets and venues
WunderTrading
WunderTrading covers more venues. Its pricing page lists 18+ exchange integrations, including large centralized exchanges like Binance and Bybit. On Hyperliquid, its page describes perp strategies, and its launch post says both spot and perps are supported. If you run bots on several exchanges, one platform for all of them is a real advantage.
Anello
Anello works only on Hyperliquid. Its grid and DCA bots run on spot only, so you own the inventory outright, with no leverage, funding, or liquidation price. The terminal trades spot and perps by hand. If you want automated perp bots, Anello does not offer them.
Previews and backtesting
WunderTrading
WunderTrading offers a free demo account for paper trading, so you can test a strategy before using real funds. Its grid bot page describes a backtest over the last 15 days and an optimizer that adjusts settings. Its Hyperliquid page does not mention backtesting. We could not find whether it shows every order’s exact price and size before launch.
Anello
Before you launch a grid bot, Anello shows the exact price and size of every order, already rounded to Hyperliquid’s rules. The bot places exactly those orders. For DCA, the preview shows the whole plan: the amount of each buy, when each one runs, the total, and the USDC it needs. The setup screen also backtests your settings over 7, 30, 90, or 180 days of Hyperliquid prices, with fees, using the same order rules the live bot runs. A backtest is a rough guide, not a promise. Anello has no paper trading mode.

Frequently asked questions
- Is Anello or WunderTrading cheaper on Hyperliquid?
- For spot grid and DCA bots, Anello costs less in fees. WunderTrading states a 0.035% builder fee per trade on Hyperliquid. Anello charges 0.02% on spot sell fills only, nothing on buys, and nothing on DCA. Hyperliquid's own trading fee applies on both. Check both sites for current pricing, since fees change.
- Can WunderTrading or Anello withdraw my funds?
- Both say no. WunderTrading's Hyperliquid page says API wallets can automate trading without withdrawal permissions. Anello places orders through a Hyperliquid agent wallet, which can place and cancel orders but cannot withdraw or transfer funds. You can revoke an agent on Hyperliquid at any time.
- Can I move my WunderTrading perp bots to Anello?
- Not one to one. Anello's grid and DCA bots run on Hyperliquid spot only. You can trade perps by hand in Anello's terminal, but there is no automated perp strategy. Spot grid and DCA bots can be recreated with the same settings.
- Can I backtest a grid bot on both platforms?
- Anello backtests grid and DCA settings on the setup screen over 7, 30, 90, or 180 days of Hyperliquid prices, with fees, using the same order rules the live bot runs. WunderTrading's grid bot page describes a 15-day backtest and an optimizer. Its Hyperliquid page does not mention backtesting, so confirm it works for Hyperliquid before relying on it.
- Which one should I choose?
- If you trade on several exchanges, want perp bots, or run TradingView signals, WunderTrading covers more ground. If you only trade on Hyperliquid and want spot grid or DCA bots with low fees and an exact preview of every grid order and DCA buy, Anello is built for that.
