Anello vs Coinner: Features and Fees Compared

Coinner runs free bots on Hyperliquid perps and four other exchanges. Anello runs grid and DCA bots on Hyperliquid spot. How the two compare.

Checked on October 25, 2026. Coinner’s features and fees can change, so confirm the current details on coinner.co before you decide.

Coinner and Anello both automate trading on Hyperliquid. We are the Anello team, so this comparison sticks to what Coinner publishes on its own site and what Anello’s code actually does.

Both products:

  • Run grid and DCA bots on Hyperliquid.
  • Are non-custodial. Your funds stay in your own Hyperliquid account.
  • Trade through an agent wallet you approve on-chain, which can place and cancel orders but can’t withdraw.
  • Run bots in the cloud, so nothing has to stay open on your computer.
  • Work in the browser.

The rest of this page covers where the two differ, so you can pick the one that fits how you trade.

Strategies

Coinner

Coinner has more bot types. On Hyperliquid it runs Grid, DCA, copy trading, and TradingView webhook bots. It also runs a market maker bot on Arcus, Lighter, and Aster.

Its grid can be neutral, long, or short. Its DCA works on price or time triggers, with an order-sizing curve and optional take profit and stop loss. If you want copy trading, TradingView alerts, or a grid that leans one way, Coinner covers that and Anello doesn’t.

Anello

Anello has two bots. The grid bot uses geometric spacing: each level sits the same percentage from the next, so every round trip targets the same return. (Geometric vs arithmetic spacing explains why.) The DCA bot buys a fixed USD amount every N days, weeks, or months, and never sells.

Anello also has a terminal for manual spot and perp orders, so you can trade by hand in the same app.

Markets and venues

Coinner

Coinner’s bots run on Hyperliquid perpetuals, not spot. That includes core crypto perps and builder-deployed HIP-3 perps, with leverage up to 40x depending on the asset. Coinner also runs bots on Arcus, Lighter, dYdX, and Aster from one login, and lists Nado as coming soon. If you trade across exchanges, Coinner covers that.

Anello

Anello is Hyperliquid only, and its grid and DCA bots run on spot only. Spot inventory is owned outright: no leverage, no funding, and no liquidation price. When price falls through a grid’s range, a spot grid holds what it bought and can wait. A perp grid holds the same drawdown on margin, with funding running. Both lose money in that case. They are different risks. (More in spot trading vs perpetual futures.)

Pricing

Coinner

Coinner says its bots are free, with no subscription. It earns a referral share of exchange fees, and says users who sign up through its link get 4% off Hyperliquid’s trading fees. Its Hyperliquid page also says its bots run only on accounts opened through that referral link. On fee per fill, Coinner costs less than Anello.

Anello

Anello charges a builder fee of 0.02% on spot sell fills only. Buys carry no Anello fee, so DCA is free apart from Hyperliquid’s fee. A full grid round trip pays the Anello fee once. Perp orders in the terminal carry 0.01% per fill. Anello works with any Hyperliquid account, including one you already have. The full math is in fees and risks.

Custody and keys

Coinner

Coinner uses a trade-only agent wallet that you approve once on-chain. In its words, it “can place and cancel orders but never withdraw.”

Anello

Anello works the same way. Each bot gets its own agent wallet that can place and cancel orders, and can’t withdraw or transfer funds. Approvals expire after up to 180 days, and you can revoke one on Hyperliquid at any time. Details are in non-custodial agent wallets.

Previews and backtesting

Coinner

Coinner’s setup ends with a review of capital requirements before you deploy. We could not find backtesting or a per-order preview mentioned on its site.

Anello

Before you launch, Anello shows the exact price and size of every order in the grid, and those are the orders the bot places. For DCA, the preview shows the whole plan: the amount of each buy, when each one runs, the total, and the USDC it needs. You can also backtest a grid or DCA setup for free over historical candles. The replay uses the live bot’s own rules. It is still a model of the past, not a forecast.

Need help?

Nothing in this article is financial advice. Grid and DCA bots can lose money on spot or perps, and leverage adds liquidation risk.

Frequently asked questions

Does Coinner support Hyperliquid spot trading?
No. Coinner's Hyperliquid page says its Grid, DCA, copy, and TradingView bots run on Hyperliquid perpetuals only and that spot markets are not supported. Anello's grid and DCA bots are the opposite: they run on Hyperliquid spot only.
Is Coinner free?
Coinner says its bots are free to run with no subscription. It earns a referral share of exchange fees instead, and its Hyperliquid page says its bots run only on accounts opened through Coinner's referral link. You still pay Hyperliquid's own trading fees, which Coinner says are 4% lower through its link.
Which is cheaper, Anello or Coinner?
Per fill, Coinner adds no fee of its own. Anello adds 0.02% on spot sell fills, with buys and DCA free of Anello fees. Both leave Hyperliquid's venue fee in place. Fees are only part of the cost, though: perp positions also pay or receive funding, and spot positions do not.
Can Coinner or Anello withdraw my funds?
Neither, according to each product. Both use a Hyperliquid agent wallet that you approve on-chain. An agent wallet can place and cancel orders but has no withdrawal authority, and you can revoke it on Hyperliquid at any time.
Can I move my Coinner grid bot to Anello?
Only if you want to run it on spot. Coinner's bots trade Hyperliquid perps, and Anello's grid and DCA bots trade spot, so a perp grid can't move over one to one. You can recreate the same range, number of levels, and order size on the matching spot market, then check the preview before you launch.
