Anello vs Bitsgap: Features and Fees Compared

Bitsgap is a multi-exchange bot platform. Anello is a Hyperliquid-only spot bot and terminal. How they differ on strategies, pricing, custody and backtesting.

Checked on October 25, 2026, against Bitsgap’s own site. Prices and features change, so confirm on bitsgap.com before deciding.

Bitsgap and Anello have a fair amount in common:

  • Grid and DCA bots that run on Hyperliquid.
  • Non-custodial access: neither asks you to deposit funds with it, and both connect through a Hyperliquid agent wallet with no withdrawal rights.
  • Backtesting before you launch.
  • Manual trading next to the bots.

The rest of this page covers where the two differ, so you can pick the one that fits how you trade.

Strategies

Bitsgap

Bitsgap has more bot types. Its homepage lists GRID, DCA, BTD, LOOP, DCA Futures, COMBO and QFL. The COMBO bot mixes grid and DCA logic with leverage for futures. Higher plans add trailing up and down for grid bots, DCA profit reinvestment, and take profit. If you want a wide menu of strategies, Bitsgap has it.

Anello

Anello has two bots. A geometric spot grid, where every rung is the same percentage apart, so each completed cycle earns the same percentage wherever it fills. And scheduled spot DCA, which buys a fixed USD amount on a daily, weekly or monthly schedule. That’s the whole list. It is narrower on purpose.

Markets and venues

Bitsgap

Bitsgap’s homepage names 16 exchanges (it says 17), including Binance, OKX, Kraken, Coinbase Advanced, Bitget, Hyperliquid, Aster and EVEDEX. One dashboard for all of them is a real convenience if you trade on several venues. On Hyperliquid, Bitsgap’s bots are futures bots: its setup guide says a Hyperliquid DCA bot “runs as a DCA Futures bot with margin and leverage.” Its Hyperliquid pages don’t say whether spot markets are supported.

Anello

Anello is Hyperliquid only. Its grid and DCA bots only place orders on Hyperliquid spot markets, so the inventory is owned outright. A bot has no leverage, no funding payments and no liquidation price. The terminal trades both spot and perps for manual trades. If you want leveraged bots, Bitsgap covers that and Anello doesn’t.

Pricing

Bitsgap

Bitsgap is a subscription. The free plan includes 20 demo bots and 3 COMBO bots on EVEDEX. Paid plans:

  • Basic: $29 per month, or $23 per month billed annually. 3 active grid bots, 10 DCA bots.
  • Advanced: $69 per month, or $55 billed annually. 10 grid, 50 DCA, plus futures bots.
  • Pro: $149 per month, or $119 billed annually. 50 grid, 250 DCA.

Every plan starts with a 7-day Pro trial, no card required.

Anello

Anello has no subscription and no bot limit tiers. It charges a builder fee on fills:

  • Spot sell fills: 0.02%.
  • Spot buy fills: free.
  • DCA: free, since DCA only buys.
  • Hyperliquid’s own trading fee applies on every fill, at your tier.

A grid round trip pays Anello 0.02% once, on the sell. If you run a few bots part time, there’s no monthly bill. If you trade heavy volume, do the math, since per-fill fees grow with volume and a flat plan doesn’t. The worked numbers are in fees and risks.

Custody and keys

Bitsgap

Bitsgap says it doesn’t have access to funds on your exchange and rejects any API key with withdrawal permission. On Hyperliquid, its guide has you create an API wallet (also called an agent wallet) on Hyperliquid, then paste three things into Bitsgap: the API wallet address, its private key, and your main wallet address.

Anello

Anello also uses Hyperliquid agent wallets, one per bot. An agent can place and cancel orders. It can’t withdraw, transfer assets or change account settings. The difference is setup: Anello creates the agent and your wallet approves it on Hyperliquid. You never copy or paste a private key. You can revoke an agent on Hyperliquid at any time, or from the agents page in Anello’s wallet menu.

Previews, backtesting and demo mode

Bitsgap

Bitsgap offers backtesting, up to 30, 180 or 365 days depending on plan. It also has a demo mode that runs bots against live prices without real funds, and iOS and Android apps. Anello has no demo mode and no native mobile app, so Bitsgap covers that if you want to practice first or manage bots from your phone.

Anello

Before a grid launches, Anello shows the exact price and size of every order it will place, rounded to Hyperliquid’s rules. The preview is the order: no recalculation after you confirm. For DCA, the preview shows the whole plan: the amount of each buy, when each one runs, the total, and the USDC it needs. You can backtest grid and DCA settings over 7, 30, 90 or 180 days of Hyperliquid price history, using the same rungs the preview produces. A backtest is a replay of past candles, not a forecast.

Frequently asked questions

Does Bitsgap support Hyperliquid?
Yes. Bitsgap lists Hyperliquid as a supported exchange and says it runs its GRID, DCA and COMBO bots there. Its own setup guide says a DCA bot on Hyperliquid runs as a DCA Futures bot with margin and leverage. Its Hyperliquid pages don't say whether Hyperliquid spot markets are supported.
How much does Bitsgap cost compared to Anello?
When we checked on October 25, 2026, Bitsgap's paid plans were $29, $69 and $149 per month on monthly billing, or $23, $55 and $119 per month on annual billing, plus a free plan and a 7-day Pro trial. Anello has no subscription. It charges 0.02% on spot sell fills, nothing on buys, and nothing on DCA, on top of Hyperliquid's own trading fee.
Can Bitsgap or Anello withdraw my funds?
Both say no. Bitsgap says it rejects any API key with withdrawal permission, and on Hyperliquid it connects through an API (agent) wallet. Anello also uses a Hyperliquid agent wallet, which can place and cancel orders but has no withdrawal authority, and you can revoke it at any time.
Can I move my Bitsgap Hyperliquid bot to Anello?
A spot-style grid or DCA plan, yes: stop the Bitsgap bot, revoke its agent wallet, and recreate the same range, levels and order size on Anello. A futures, COMBO or leveraged bot can't move over one to one, because Anello's grid and DCA bots trade spot only.
